Thoughtful Design for Everyday Living
1. Start Your Design Conversation
Welcome to the first stage of our design process! In this important consultation, you’ll work closely with our designer to discuss your project, clarify your goals, and assess your space needs and budget. We’ll also gather key information about your space, such as photos, floor plans, or measurements. Let’s start turning your vision into reality! Is your budget structured? When possible, we love to collect as much documentary information as possible regarding your space. This can include photos on-site, floor plans, or initial measurements.
Get Your Detailed Estimation (Free Costing)
“We will provide a detailed proposal estimation within three working days after discussing your specifications and the ambience of your space. Your vision is our priority!”
2. Conceptual Design & Styling
From our Initial Consultation, we then gather all the information we have discussed with you and research and prepare styles and images that we think will be suitable for space. We use this time to prepare our initial style concept boards that we use as a visual tool to clarify the style and confirm the brief between the designer and client.

3. Mood Board → Concept & → Final Design
“We love hearing your thoughts on our initial concepts and refining them until they truly reflect your vision. We work closely with you until you’re completely happy, before moving on to selecting the perfect products and materials.”
4. Selections, Specifications & Documentation
Sourcing / specifying products and pieces that we believe will work best in your space, on-site, taking into account the purpose of the space, traffic flow, occupants, functionality of the space and most importantly, your revision of estimation/budget. Once again, we work with you to ensure you approve and understand our required selections. write it best
Confirm the order and pay- 30% on your final Estimation.
5. On-Site Implementation / Site Execution
With your approval we finalize all selections. collaborating and ordering , row materials, hardware and required products, We work with our colleagues (Team) to ensure an efficient, quality and safe on site work – installation of all items as per final design and are happy to liaise with trades and suppliers on your behalf.
Rest of Pay 3rd stage- 40% on your Estimation.
6. Styling + Close-Out Welcome to your new home
The final stage of design and project completion process involves us coming for a final inspection of your project, to ensure that we’re both are happy with the final outcome. This time can also be used for some final styling which can include us sourcing an assortment of products to place around the home or rearranging existing pieces to ensure space is working its best.
